Cron-o-meter is a useful application that will help you to track your daily diet in a strict way, and control every serving of food with details. Every day, you will need to enter information on your daily food intake. In order to do that, the program has a big database where you can search and select the food that you consume. Steps to create a new meal. Custom meals are found under the Foods tab in the main menu. Click on Custom Meals > Create Meal to start making a new meal. Enter a name for your meal. Choose a name that best describes your meal, one that you will easily be able to remember when searching for your meal to add to your diary.
